Prayer care

Request Prayer Online

Bring what you are carrying. Submit a prayer request privately and choose whether you want follow-up from the Temple.

Prayer is not a performance. It is a sacred act of truth, release, and return. The Temple receives prayer requests with care and routes people toward prayer, worship, teaching, and community.

How it works

How prayer requests work

  1. Share what you are carrying. Write honestly in the prayer request form below.
  2. Choose privacy and follow-up preferences. Decide how the Temple may respond and whether your request stays private.
  3. The Temple receives the request. Prayer care is reviewed with respect and routed appropriately.
  4. Move into prayer, online service, or community next steps. You can continue into worship, belief, or connection after you submit.
